Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. While we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit, we’ll do our best to assist with tracking or replacing your item.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at enquire.boulderpals@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
